1. General Terms
1.1 By submitting the online admission form, the applicant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set by Digital Graphics Institute, Saharanpur.
1.2 The institute reserves the right to modify the terms, course structure, fees, and policies at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Criteria
2.1 Applicants must meet the minimum educational qualification specified for the respective course.
2.2 Any false information provided in the admission form may result in immediate cancellation of admission.
3. Admission Process
3.1 Admission is subject to availability of seats in the respective course.
3.2 The institute reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
3.3 Admission confirmation will be provided only after verification of documents and fee payment.
4. Fee Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 The applicant must pay the prescribed course fee as per the institute’s guidelines.
4.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4.3 Late payment of fees may attract penalties as per the institute’s policy.
5. Course Conduct & Attendance
5.1 Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations or certification.
5.2 The institute has the right to take disciplinary action against students violating institute rules.
5.3 Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism, cheating, or inappropriate behavior, may lead to suspension or expulsion.
6. Certification
6.1 Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all academic requirements.
6.2 Any request for a duplicate certificate will require payment of an additional fee.
7. Use of Online Platform & Data Privacy
7.1 The institute may use the applicant’s personal details for official communication and academic purposes.
7.2 Digital Graphics Institute, Saharanpur, is not responsible for any technical issues arising while filling the online form.
7.3 The applicant agrees not to misuse any digital resources provided by the institute.
8. Grievance & Dispute Resolution
8.1 Any grievances should be reported in writing to the administration for resolution.
8.2 In case of disputes, the decision of the institute's management will be final and binding.
